Jonas Selas Olsen - Assistant Professor, Music

Jonas is an “all genres” guitarist, currently working with the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. He teaches mainly on the BA in Community Music and BA Music Teacher Education. His subjects are guitar, ensemble, studio and music technology, pedagogy, music theory and performance. He holds a Masters in Music and ICT from HVL, and is an active musician. He is leading on the SPACE project, but also takes part in a range of different EU projects including Write A Science Opera (WASO) and “School and concert – from transmission to dialogue”(DiSco).
